Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it. 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for Store Credit or an Exchange Only. No Refunds. Exchanges can be done up to two (2) times within 14 days from the purchase date

Store Credits do not have an expiration date.

Store Credits can be used Instore or Online.

Any requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Final SALE items are not eligible for online or in-store return, store credit or exchange. *All items 40% off or more are FINAL SALE.

After shipping back your items you will receive an email with a Store Credit. 

*Non eligible returns include final sale, used, worn or altered items.

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Visit our Returns Portal:
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

  • Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • With original receipt
  • In unused, unwashed and in resalable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • With all accessories intact 

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item can be picked up at one of the stores or will be shipped to you. Exchanges can be done up to two (2) times. 

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)
  • Exchange 

How do I ship back the items?

Use any carrier of your choice that provides a valid tracking number. For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval in a from of store credit without expiration date. Store credit can be used online or in-stores.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless Customer asks and pays for Saturday delivery. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Alaska® Outerwear ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Alaska® Outerwear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Alaska® Outerwear ships outside the U.S. worldwide, shipping rates are calculated during checkout. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Alaska® Outerwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
